Minor rewording for Bugs/Reporting.wml

Hi,
I think the description of how to report a bug with a MUA (instead of
reportbug) should be updated.
reportbug constructs a subject line of the form
Subject: <packagename>: <bug summary>, and this is not explicitely mentioned
as good practice in the section for MUAs.
I've prepared a patch for this, and I'd welcome any comments on it
(especially on the wording -- I'm not a native speaker). If not one
objects, I would commit this (given that the grammar is alright).
Cheers,
