Bug#245284: http://www.debian.org/security/2004/ is missing references to revised advisories like DSA 431-2

I would not update them, since changing the date changes the
ordering of advisories which will make searching for DSA NNN
more difficult.  Also, not all updates replace the entire old
advisory, so replacing DSA-NNN-1 by DSA-NNN-2 is not always
useful.  However, in the overview -1 is stripped anyway, no?

Links to the updated advisory should be added, of course.  I'm
trying to do that, but I forget this every once in a while.
The file lists should be updated as well with regards to version
strings, but I cannot handle this.  djpig has adjusted them
in the past and I can only hope that he's continuing with this.
