I believe that when you said LFH, you meant FHS (Filesystem Hierarchy
Standard). All Debian packages should be compliant, according to
<http://qa.debian.org/fhs.html>. As far as LSB compliance goes, I'm
unsure. I think that I might have heard someone say that we were close,
but as I have no idea what compliance entails, I have way to verify
this.
