Bug#234686: Security announcements should contain link to http://packages.debian.org/<package>

A small convience feature would be adding link from security
announcement to package page of package in question, not only for
download links, i.e. http://packages.debian.org/<package>.  I find
myself quite often visiting package page after reading DSA, and from
there jumping to other pages (bugs) for that package.
