Bug#233501: www.debian.org: DWN index for 2004 lists some 2003 issues

Subjectively, if I stumbled over this on any site I care about, I'd
file a bug report. Whether it should be "fixed" or just "doumented" so
that you don't receive more spurious bug reports (from me :-) is open
to debate. It's obviously a minor issue, but (again subjectively) also
obviously unexpected behavior for a page which is linked from the
cover page as the index of issues from 2004.

Without having seen the code, I'd guess that this should not be too
hard to fix.
