These pages were removed due to being too outdated. The other
translations should probably have been rebuilt, although that does not
happen automatically.

No, they will receive the English version instead. The language list at
the bottom of the page does not in any way influence the content
negotiation, since the files are no longer there they no longer are
taken into consideration by the server.
