This was most propably the problem of the compromise and the need to move the www.debian.org to a different server. That server wasn't that friendly to misconfigurations in the browser so it might be a good idea to check your configuration against <http://www.debian.org/intro/cn> to see if everything is correct. In the meantime the main server is back up for quite some time now so you shouldn't encounter that problem on www.debian.org anymore.
