Possibly reassign to www.debian.org...

A few tags were added to the list in
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer#tags without editing the text that
follows it:

"The latter five tags are intended to be used mainly for release critical
bugs, for which it's important to know which distributions are affected
to make sure fixes (or removals) happen in the right place."

The above presumably refers to the potato to experimental tags, and so
should be edited.

It was easier to reorder the tags. :) Done.

Thanks,
