Superfluous directories in spanish/ports/hurd/?

Hi.

There are two sub directories in spanish/ports/hurd/, extra-files/ and
reference manual. reference manual doesn't exist in the english
directory (but is in English) and in extra-files/ are no translatable
files but some scripts.
IMHO both directories should be removed.

If not, scream now and loud ;)
