on http://www.debian.org/devel/ are some links to alioth.
They all work not atm sicne http access on alioth do not
work currently, only https is available. Should we wait
for alioth to fix the problem or change all links as
a workaround?

Hmm, so http is finally working on alioth :)
Changed the link so that he works now.
Also closing the related bug (#189560)
