Actually, the last remnant of socialist Yugoslavia (which indeed split some
fifteen years ago) that has been clinging on to the old name has finally
decided to drop it as well. Even though we don't know for a fact if that
country is going to keep the "YU" country code, Matt's change is still
correct.
