Search for `Debian' gives EFF as top hit ?

A google search for Debian
 http://www.google.com/search?q=debian
gives the top hit as www.eff.org, not www.debian.org.  Now the EFF is
a very worthy organisation with an excellent PageRank I'm sure, but
it's probably not what people were looking for when they asked for
`Debian'.

Looking at the `cached' page, which is a little garbled, I see:
 These terms only appear in links pointing to this page: debian

I haven't been able to figure out why this is happening.
