It may be that some of them are set up with default links (pages that
are served if none of the others fulfill your language choices),
whereas the others were. All pages on www.debian.org ought to have
default choices, but it sometimes fails on pages which do not have an
English version and where special care has not been taken to make sure
that another language is linked.
