Tons of people put debian pictures on their site, do you think they are
all affiliated with the project? There is also an Apache picture on the
site, have you considered bothering the apache project with that
question, too? Sorry, but that's a silly assumption.

Go to the whois database of your trust and ask it. Unfortunately the
ones I've tried currenly times out so you should try yerself.
