BTW, would it be proper to change in template/debian/security.wml

To
<dt><a href="crossreferences"><secdbinfo/></a>:</dt>
        <dd><secreferences></dd>


Now that the crossreferences section is working (almost) fine? I'm not sure
if this is maybe too much and clobbers the DSA with too many HTML links...
