There were very few errors/omissions, so I've committed it. I've had to
assume a few things which were needed to get stuff built properly, so please
correct as necessary:

(this appears on /contact and /devel/website/translation_coordinators)
Translation language local name:
slovenščina
(this appears as the title element in the language list on every page)
Please don't take offence if I've screwed something up majorly, I had the
