Stop mucking around with vendors.CD

Is it not obvious enough? It comes from a database. Every time someone
touches this file I get CVS errors and have to re-jig the database, once
I work out what has changed.
If you want to help and know SQL, send me the SQL statement, otherwise
just email me what's wrong and I'll make the change.
