http://packages.debian.org/testing/utils/ppthtml.html has links at bottom for http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/x/xlhtml/xlhtml_0.5.1.orig.tar.gz and http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/x/xlhtml/xlhtml_0.5.1-1.diff.gz the excel converter, not the power point converter.
