I see.  Maybe, change "Read more..." to "Executive Summary" and link to
a page which has the content of my proposed page and current 
http://www.debian.org/intro/about.  I will try merging them.

At any rate, link on left side is very important too.

I just changed name of document since it is not just for newbie.
