Hmmm, I should have explained how it works, sorry.
You have to:
$ cd webwml/english/po
$ make
$ cd ../../croation/po
$ make install
first.
Output is then:
Navedena su 202 Debian konzultanta iz 33 zemlje ¨irom svijeta.
