Hi Richard,

Thanks for your reply... though 'unreliable' is not the term I would use to
describe theft. Or is it fraud? Offering an item for sale, receiving cash
for the item, then not shipping the item and keeping the cash. I call it
thievery, though I am betting it contains fraud as well.

What is your comment on the problems that people have ordering Debian
CDs from you? Note that we may have to remove you from our vendors
list if you continue to be unreliable.

Sorry, debian-cd@lists would be the correct place to complain. I'll
update the website to mention this.
