I'll use this opportunity to remind the committers to be nice to translators
and do stuf like:
  perl -pi -e 's,3995,<packages_in_stable>,; s,="1.xy,="1.xz' */index.wml
because it's silly to have all the translations listed as out of date
when the only change is one tiny piece of data.
