Other miscellaneous changes:
The symlinks in /releases/ have been updated:
3.0 -> woody
stable -> woody
testing needs to be changed to point to a new directory called sarge
but that shouldn't be done until the directory is created and some
meaningful information placed in it.
I have added a new tag, <packages_in_stable> to releases/info
Now, the number of packages will be updated automatically with
every release.
Oh, I also updated the number of developers to 'nearly a thousand'.
