I spot the symlinks in www.id.debian.org which is a mirror of 
www.jp.debian.org

   ---> /org/www.debian.org/www/doc/manuals/apt-howto/apt-howto.info

   http://www.jp.debian.org/doc/manuals/apt-howto/apt-howto.txt  DOES NOT

3. cd doc/manuals/debian-euro-support/
   a. --> ap-latex-enc.html
   b. --> ch-FAQ.html
