Bug# 140677: Manual on crack when browsed at http.us.debian.org

Hi Chris this is Bug# 140677, (Sorry I CCed Ardo to get extra attention)

Besides, please drop supportive comments to bug #138240 and #138241

This is interesting situation. debiandoc-sgml in testing is known to
have problem. I think before woody release, Ardo needs to keep an eye
on situation and make sure to bump testing version up at least to 1.1.63
from 1.1.59.

This does affect many html documents build on woody :(

Read on,...

I think you missed my post following your post in debian-doc.

Bug files already to all the packages involved. So no new bug needed
for links, lynx, debiandoc-sgml :)

But let's check situation.

Ardo agreeded to make these optional (-L) for his latest version.

     1.1.65 0   (I will test soon :)
        800 http://http.us.debian.org unstable/main Packages
 *** 1.1.63 0 (Fixed and fine. Known good enough version)
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1.1.59 0   (Bad version)
        700 http://http.us.debian.org testing/main Package
*** woody needs to be released at least newer version) ***

     * debiandoc-sgml (1.1.59 to 1.1.65)

          * Maintainer: Ardo van Rangelrooij <ardo@debian.org>
          * Too young, only 5 of 10 days old
          * Not considered
