There are no general problems with the home directories of the debian
developers, it's just that Adrian Bunk left the project and sadly is no
longer a debian developer.

He mailed his retire message to the debian-devel list, you can read it

It's a sad thing - but according to this page:

he plans to keep the packages up somewhere once he decided where to put
them. Maybe you can host them for him?
