Bug#130325: www.debian.org: favicon missing in some domains

www.debian.org has a favicon. qa.debian.org, db.debian.org and probably others
do not (as far as I've been able to determine -- I only looked at those two).
Since the favicon is shown in the tab in Mozilla's tabbed browsing mode, it is
a lot easier to know which site a tab is from when you have lots of them if all
have a favicon.
The fix is easy: just copy the file ;-) The hard part is not forgetting any of
the subdomains.
