HTML syntax errors, part 2

Hi,

error messages have been updated and can now be found at
  http://people.debian.org/~barbier/validate/en
  http://people.debian.org/~barbier/tidy/en

The following directories have been excluded:
     /doc/manuals
     /doc/developers-reference
     /doc/maint-guide
     /releases

As already said, tidy is not a validator stricto sensu (which means its
result may differ from validator.w3.org), but has many advantages:
  * clearer error messages
  * can handle iso-2022-jp encoding, contrary to `validate´
  * much faster, processing took 30s on w.d.o and 3m for `validate´

IMO we could generate tidy reports after each build, and validate reports
daily or weekly.
