The mistakes in devel/join/ (that are left) are due to:
1 <p>
2 <ul>....</ul>
3 </p>
It complains that line 3 has an 'end tag for element "P" which is not
open'. It looks like lists are not allowed in paragraphs. Is this the
case? If so, I'll fix these.
