I just checked http://packages.debian.org/stable/admin/acct.html
which includes the following:
<p><small><a href="mailto:edd@debian.org";>Dirk Eddelbuettel</a> is responsible for this Debian package.</small>
Where is the extra space? Can you give the URL for a page that shows the
behavior you mention?
