Indeed.  I've fixed this, and it should appear after the next
rebuild.  Thanks for reporting this.

Indeed.  This was a translation error.  Normally, out-of-date
translations have a header stating that fact, and linking to the
up-to-date original.

Indeed.  The web site translation statistics keeps tabs on this
information[1].  Feel free to help out your favorite language.
