I'm happy to help. As far as the www.debian.org/doc/ goes the changes
that were made are a significant improvement. I do think it could be
better though. If it would help I can put together a sample page in a
WYSIWYG editor to show what I mean.
As a matter of process I would like to suggest that any major changes be
prototyped be put up for review for comments before they are committed.
this is especially important when a herd of translators will be working on
the page once it's committed.
