Bug#122630: Integration of /intro/ and /intro/about

I hope this suggestion is useful.  There is some information on the 
/intro/index.wml page that is not included on /intro/about.wml.

Particularly the Organizational Structure isn't mentioned.  If these
two pages could be merged I think it would help alot.

How?  Well the links in index could be put at the top of the about 
page pretty easily for a quick fix but there may be better ways to 
go about it as well.
