titles appearing in the wrong lanuage:

 What in the statement
    "Please see http://www.debian.org/intro/cn for more information."
was unclear to you?  That exact behavior is discussed on that page.  So
you don't seem to "know all about content negotiation" like you stated
and your mozilla wasn't "configured properly".
