Yes, they are now sorted on their transliteration. I had previously set
the entity-only languages to be sorted last (by adding an underscore to
the beginning of the language name), but that broke when the sorting
was set to use the language settings, so now I added the
transliteration sorting, as well as sorting any non-transliterated
names so that they are sorted as if they started with ZZZ.
