Please listen to what Peter said above, Seongtae Yoo.

The translation-check line that you removed has a clear purpose -- it should
include the CVS revision of the original document. It said 1.1 because
that is the default value. You should upgrade it to the version of the page
you last translated. See the above web page for details.
