It is listed in the master overrides, and in the Packages files.  And,
because of that, in dselect.  Is that enough?

About the packages.d.o problem, it is a bug.

Yes, and a fixed one now. :) The unstable pages are there right now; those
for stable and testing will be created within six hours.

Basically, I needed to mkdir it. This isn't done automatically since we
don't normally add new sections...
