FWIW, try 'madison' on either ftp-master or non-us. e.g.

 | 03:16:17@pandora| ~ $madison libssl096
 | libssl096 | 0.9.6-1 | unstable | alpha, i386, m68k, mips, powerpc, sparc
 | 03:16:18@pandora| ~ $
 |
 | 21:13:24@auric| ~ $madison libc6
 | libc6 | 2.1.1-9 | experimental | m68k
 | libc6 | 2.1.3-13 | stable | arm, i386, m68k, powerpc, sparc
 | libc6 | 2.1.3-16 | proposed-updates | powerpc
 | libc6 | 2.1.3-17 | proposed-updates | i386, sparc
 | libc6 | 2.2-6 | testing | arm, i386, m68k, powerpc, sparc
 | libc6 | 2.2-6 | unstable | arm
 | libc6 | 2.2-8 | unstable | mips
 | libc6 | 2.2.1-1 | unstable | i386, m68k, powerpc, sparc
 | 21:13:26@auric| ~ $madison libc6
