Indeed, it is !! yuhu ! It works !

Now, we need to make an hyperlink from w.d.o/intl to w.d.o/intl/l10n to make
it publicy available.

I can now say that debian is better localized in german, because there is
85168 translated strings in debian's po files... There is a lot of other
stupid stats there !

Great, I can go ahead. I've already found a mini bug: the colon (:) are not
changed from names, and it prevents you from getting the templates of imp
for example because the url to acces is:
www.ens-lyon/~mquinson/debian/material/unstable/imp/imp_2:2.2.3-19_debian_templates.gz

I should put a s/:/%3a/ somewhere in the scripts. I'll do that tomorrow.
