I see fairly new timestamps in http://www.de.debian.org/mirror/timestamps/
CC:ed is Sven Rudolph, the mirror maintainer -- perhaps your websync/rsync
is still trying to mirror from the wrong host, master.debian.org instead of
www-master.debian.org?
