"Debian Home" link on the list archive indices, and lists use stats

Hi,

FYI: I've noticed the "Debian Home" link was pointing to "../../", like in
the days of www.debian.org/Lists-Archives/listname-month/, and fixed the
mhonarc config files to point to http://www.debian.org/.

This won't affect old lists, but rebuilding everything because of this isn't
worth the trouble IMHO.

I've also talked to Nils Lohner about his nice list use statistics, and we
agreed to move them to http://lists.debian.org/stats/. I'll set up links to
those pages shortly.
