Package: www.debian.org
Version: N/A; reported 2000-11-02
Severity: important

The web server bigfoot.eecs.umich.edu, aka 141.213.4.21, which is one
of the main hosts used for http.us.debian.org, is down. Try hitting it
with a web browser -- for me as of now, that doesn't work. Thus
this host should be taken out of rotation until the problem is solved.

Yeah, it works for me, too. Must have been a temporary or a local problem.

Anyway, the website maintainers do not maintain the DNS -- those issues are
handled by debian-admin@lists.debian.org.
