Er.. no.. Please put any settings you need in the apache.conf for the web
site. I don't want to have to repeat this if we ever move things around
again. It is a total PITA to have random settings switched on and off.
You should be able to put AddDefaultCharSet off at the top of apache.conf
and it ought to turn that off I think.
