The bug is old and hamm isn't here anymore, but downloading packages is
still i386-centric :/

Perhaps we could just take the easy and not error-proof approach, and modify
download.pl script to link to the file in all binary-* directories? This
would break for packages that have a different version in different
architectures... maybe download.pl could simply extract the version looking
at the mirror on master?
