Be very careful with language names as they appear at the bottom of
almost any page on the website under this page is available in the
following languages.

Yes, I'm not sure what it's matching on.  Very strange.

I find it annoying. I thought I stamped the all out. clicking on the
second link you don't get the new window.  I will go and hunt down the
remaining _blank this is hiding in the code somewhere.

I'm fixing up indexing for da,fi,it,pt,es which means pretty much
everyone should be right in a hour or so.
