No, I'm not sure how easy it would be to do that either.

Anyhow, I have the following languages worked out:

Latin-1: da nl en fi fr de it no pt es se sv 
Latin-2: hr hu ro pl cz
koi8-r: ru
1256: ar

I cannot do the following ones until I get a charset:
zh-cn - GB2312
zh-tw - Big5
jp - iso-2022-jp
kr - euc-kr
eo - iso-8859-3
tr - iso-8859-9

Did i miss anyone?
