Proposal: Making international pages easier to find

Hi!

I would like to suggest to add a subtitle to the "Debian international"
in the left-hand bar in the main page navigation, with a link to the
language page for the current language (for instance to
international/Swedish for the Swedish version). It isn't very obvious
where to look as it is now.
