wnpp stuff in english/devel
Could the wnpp stuff in english/devel/ be moved into its own
directory? english/devel/wnpp/ would make sense. wnpp.wml
would be moved to english/devel/wnpp/index.wml. The neat
thing is that existing links to devel/wnpp would still
work. :)
Also, I went to check what was causing wml to bomb out and
noticed that english/devel/wnpp.pl on master was modified:
