The Swedish translation is using the indicators, but not the template,
since it is still listing as not being ready for use, but still being a
prototype... But then again, no-one seems to be actively working on it,
either.
But we do need some way of making sure that the different translation
teams actually are active, just some kind of "report here each two
months or you'll gone" thing.
