I add this into AM checklist (nm-amchecklist). with some modification
on newmaint and nm-checklist.
I add the link on "New Maintainer's Corner" (newmaint) which point
to NMlist and AMlist page on NM site (http://nm.debian.org/), and
add the short description of new scheme of registration process on
CheckList (nm-checklist).
